SBC’s first regional fund structure closed in December 2008. SBC Fund 1 invested in 12 projects in four countries with the majority of the investments focused on low to middle income housing projects.

A large, multi-phase project with 788 low income units and retail area directly on the Panamerican Highway in La Chorrera, a bedroom city for Panama City, Panama.
Middle income condominium project consisting of 106 units, located in the Coco Del Mar neighborhood of Panama City, Panama.
